4C offset printing using UV or high-speed hybrid presses. We ensure brand-accurate colors and crisp patterns with precise color management.
Post-press enhancements including Matte/Gloss lamination, Soft Touch, UV coating, Hot Foil Stamping, and Embossing.
The structural greyboard is precision-cut according to the box dieline. We maintain a tight tolerance of ±0.5mm for perfect edges.
The printed and finished art paper is die-cut with exact folding allowances, ready to be wrapped around the board.
The critical stage where art paper is bonded to the greyboard. Automated or manual mounting ensures zero bubbles and perfect corner wrapping.
Hydraulic pressing and oven drying to ensure the box surface is perfectly flat, with no risk of peeling or warping over time.
Assembling the lid and base. Installing custom magnets, ribbon handles, or velvet/EVA inserts with secure hot-melt bonding.
A comprehensive 100% check for color accuracy, magnet strength, corner squareness, and ensuring zero surface defects.
Boxes are carefully packed into PE bags and corrugated outer cartons, labeled, and dispatched for global delivery.
